US Masters Membership

Are you a current US Masters Swimming member? The USMS Participant Accident policy provides excess Accident Medical insurance coverage for USMS registered members (including guest members) and volunteers during USMS sanctioned or approved activities, including sanctioned meets, supervised practices, and pre-approved events. The policy also provides Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D), and Temporary Total Disability benefits to USMS members and event volunteers who are injured in connection with USMS sanctioned or approved activities. If you aren’t a current member, no worries! We can get you enrolled after registration. This also allows you to participate in US Masters Swim Meets which are F-U-N!!! *

Liability and Waiver

In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in Race Pace Club AZ sports program, related events and activities, the undersigned acknowledges, appreciates, and agrees that: 1) The risk of injury from the activities involved in this program is significant, including the potential for permanent paralysis and death, and while particular rules, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious injury does exist; and, 2) I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, and assume full responsibility for my participation; and, 3) I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation. If, however, I observe any unusual significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from participation and bring such to the attention of the nearest official immediately; and, 4) I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS Race Pace Club AZ (Sedona Race Pace) their directors, officers, officials, agents, team doctors and medical practitioners, volunteers and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event (“RELEASEES”), WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property, to the fullest extent permitted by law. I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, AND SIGN IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT.

Photography and Video

Race Pace Club AZ  and Sailfish Sports Project may wish to take photographs (individual and in groups) of swimmers that may include you during your participation in the club. All photos will be taken and published in line with club policy and could be used on the team website, social media accounts, in newspaper articles or in club notifications.

Rules, Regulations and Code of Conduct

To protect our youth, coaches, and adult swimmers, the Race Pace Club AZ (Sailfish Sport Project) adheres to the USA Swimming Rules and Regulations, including the USA Swimming Code of Conduct and Safe Sport Guidelines. In addition, Race Pace Club AZ (Sailfish Sport Project) has a Code of Conduct that must be adhered to at all times. Please indicate that you have read and understand these guidelines.
